Wegina Wexx, version 1.0.0

Wegina is a front end to the Regina Rexx Interpreter which allows rexx
scripts to be run as `windows' applications. That is, the scripts run
without a controlling DOS box. This is useful for scripts which are
meant to run in the back-ground, for instance as external programs
run from non-rexx-aware applications, and for programs which use
windowing toolkits such as rexx/tk.

The program will create windows to display trace and `say' output, but
is otherwise quiet. I have no definite plans to do further work on the
program, but I'm releasing it since even limited programs can be useful.

See wegina.pdf for documentation.
