YOUR SP SERIES EMS MAIN UNIT COMES COMPLETE WITH A THREE YEAR WARRANTY PARTS & LABOUR
If within five/three years of purchasing your unit, the unit malfuctions, simply phone (416) 298-2639 or email customer service - service@bodyshapers.com to receive a repair authorization number.
You need only return main unit, no pads, no straps or Leads.

OUR RETURN POLICY
IF FOR ANY REASON, YOU'RE NOT COMPLETELY SATISFIED WITH YOUR EMS HOME SYSTEM, YOU MAY RETURN* THE SYSTEM WITHIN 30 DAYS FOR REFUND* (*LESS 15% PARTS REPLACEMENT PLUS ALL SHIPPING CHARGES).
For returns, call customer service monday to friday 10a.m to 5p.m est at (416)298-2639 to receive a return authorization number.

WE DO NOT ACCEPT C.O.D FREIGHT RETURNS.
NO RETURNS ACCEPTED WITHOUT A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER
ALL RETURNS MUST BE THROUGH REGISTERED AND OR INSURED MAIL..
